Professor of English Married 2
After teaching 43 years at the University of AZ, i retired and followed my daughter to San Diego to help with My granddaughter, as my daughter is an overly busy OBGYN md.  I met my husband of 46 years at UA and lived iand raised our family there.  My son is a partner with a large NY law firm and has 2 beautiful children.  i got sick abt 6 months ago and have been struggling with that, but I'm hopefully getting better.  Thanks to Ms. Bock (who passed away 2 years ago), I had a wonderful career as a professor.  she came to listen to a keynote speech I gave at a Arizona English Teachers Association abt ten years ago.  That was fun!  I miss her greatly.  Remember Vera Mccormack, girlls?   Ms Bock brought her to my daughter's first communion party abt 22 years ago.  I immediately checked my skirt length and took off my patent leather shoes!  look forward to old and new stories from all of you!  Send Roseann a MessageSend Roseann a Message

Retired financial planner Married
Happy 50th reunion everyone!  So sorry I can't be there.  But  I hope you all have a wonderful time.  Party like it's 1966!  I've had a wonderful 50 years, 42 of those years being married to my husband Steve.  We had no children so our cash flow was good enough to allow us to travel a good deal, start our own business (computer software design and consulting), and generally do whatever we wanted.  Now we're both retired and we live on an island in the middle of the Patuxent River, the deepest river in the US and about 40 miles outside of Washington, D.C.. We both enjoy this lifestyle a lot.  I am currently running for a seat on our county commission and that takes up my time for now.
I hope everybody has a great time at the reunion and I send my best wishes to all for a happy and healthy rest of your lives!  Go Mustangs!  Sharon Derick Farrell

Staff Assistant - Retired Married 2
I went to Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OKLA (majored in Business) and received my first degree MRS. when I met my first husband Harry Harp.  We had our son, Barry 5 years later and our daughter, Kerry 3 years after that.  Yes, we were Harry, Sherry, Barry & Kerry.  We were married 15 years.
In 2001, Tom and I met dancing on Friday nights with other singles.  We weren’t really attracted to each other; but enjoyed dancing together.  We both knew later that God put us together when we were ready and healed from troubled marriages.   He proposed using the microphone in front of everyone at the dance in March 2004 (I was the only one who didn’t know about this proposal plan).   I did answer “Absolutely”.  And we were married in August 2004.  Our honeymoon was 2 days in Seattle and  then 5 days in beautiful Victoria, B.C.

For many years, my husband, Tom has played racquetball twice weekly with long-time friends so he’s strong and healthy.   He’s a Mechanical Engineer and has owned his business over 25 years as a Manufacturer’s Representative for Arizona and New Mexico.   Because of Tom’s business, he does travel which has been great to be with him on many trips, including trade shows meeting people he works for and with.  Some of the cities/states we go to I had not been to before.   We extend days on some of the trips to do personal vacation; but have also been on regular personal vacations, too including 3 Hawaiian islands.

I have been retired awhile from Honeywell (aka: AiResearch>>AlliedSignal who bought Honeywell).  It seems I'm busier than when I was working.  I know the days and time go faster now.   Is that really an age thing?
My kids Barry & Kerry Ann each have 3 children which means 6 grandkids total.  3 are here about 15 minutes away from us and 3 are in Virginia much farther away.  My husband, Tom has 6 children, 4 grandsons and about 8 great-grandchildren.   Most of his family is located close by.   We are very happy and enjoy our love for each other and life’s “adventures” along our life journey and know that we are in God’s care and thank Him for each morning He allows us to wake up to enjoy a new day.  We are blessed.

Married 2
50 years since high school graduation.  Can you believe it?
I've been married 47 years to my husband Tom, who I met at the University of Arizona.  We lived in California for 18 years after he returned from Vietnam in 1969.  We re-located to the Dallas area in 1989 when he took a job at American Airlines.
We have 2 children who fortunately live nearby and have 3 handsome grandsons (ages 11, 9, & 3).
I worked for California & Texas state govts and then went to the Dallas Regional Social Security office, where I retired from last year.
We're not only planning to go to the North High reunion in June but we also have plans to attend Tom's 50th college reunion at Marquette University in Milwaukee in July.  That's a lot of "meeting & greeting!"  See you in June....maybe they'll be a cool front?!!
